Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after processing. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping charges and service areas

We offer standard nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Delivery is free when your order total after discounts is greater than Rs4,000. Orders totaling Rs4,000 or less after discounts are charged Rs250 for delivery. The qualifying order total excludes delivery charges. The same pricing applies to available local delivery. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order updates and delivery details

Order and delivery updates may be sent by SMS or email. Please provide a complete delivery address and a valid phone number, and arrange for someone to receive your parcel. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Shipping fees and returns

Shipping fees are normally non-refundable after dispatch, except where required by applicable law. Please see our Return and refund policy for return eligibility and instructions.
