Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.

Products, shades and availability

Product availability, sizes, shades and pack quantities are shown on the product page. Check your selected option and quantity before ordering. We aim to display products accurately, but colours may look different depending on lighting and your screen. Read the product label, ingredients and usage instructions before use. Website descriptions do not replace the instructions supplied with a product.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the order total are shown at checkout. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to stock availability and verification of order details and payment where applicable. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated undelivered shipping service.

Delivery and order changes

Processing times, delivery estimates and charges are explained in our Shipping policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us promptly to request an order or address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Our Return and refund policy explains the 7-day return-request period, eligibility requirements and refund process. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details so we can help. These terms do not remove any remedies available under applicable consumer law.
